Most people like to do whatever they can to find an excuse for not staying in shape, such as not being able to afford a gym membership or equipment. Although both things can be super helpful for staying in shape and motivate you, they are NOT needed for getting into shape. You can really work out anywhere you please, it is just up to you to take advantage of your location and opportunities.

1. Ab workout
I love this video and would recommend it for abs because Alexis makes sure you stay focused and committed on strengthening your core. Also, if you follow the techniques she uses, such as going up halfway during crunches while keeping your head up, you will feel your ab muscles working harder, meaning that you’re building muscle.
2. Butt Workout
Many people, including myself, can attest to the fact that this workout will leave your thighs and butt feeling sore. But one thing about fitness is that you must learn to embrace the pain with a positive attitude (and treating yourself by resting) as it means that you have been doing the workout right. I personally love how Pamela flawlessly glides through each movement, so you can listen to the music in the video while being in your zone.
3. Arm Toning Workout
Whenever I watch Cassey’s videos, I truly feel like I’m not alone in the process of working toward my goal. She is a lively and relatable person, and every time you feel the burn, she’ll be right there cheering you on. With her extremely motivating attitude, you can be sure that you’ll be able to get through her arm workout.
4. Cardio Workout
Now I will admit, this cardio workout is a little long, and if you’re running short on time, or if your simply wearing down, you can get through about 10 minutes of the video. When I initially watched this video, I couldn’t get through the end. But after repeatedly trying to get through the maneuvers for some weeks, I finally managed to get through the entire video. If you’re looking for some intensive cardio, this video right here would work perfectly.
5. Full Body Workout
Although this fully body workout was pretty effective for me, it wasn’t super intense to the point I dreaded doing it. This workout will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment while making sure all of your limbs are still intact. This was a therapeutic workout, and although it still requires your effort and energy, there’s more leeway for enjoying yourself.
