Hello my loves. I’m Sarah. If you’re new to this space, welcome! May we strive for a life-long journey of health and wellness.
At the age of 9, I had started enrolling in numerous sports that would sponsor my love for working out, and I haven’t looked back since.
I started this blog with the outlook that approaching a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a daunting task, but one that is filled with fun and creativity.
- Dieting should not be a feat that promotes guilt and shame when even a little bit of your strict regime is broken, and exercise should not be an ideal that everyone strives to do, but give up effortlessly.
- Exercise and healthy eating are meant to make you feel good about yourself, and as conveyed by the body-positive movement, there is no set mark and daily routine that will be perfect to everybody.
- Your body is beautiful and unique in its own way, and this blog is meant to help you experiment and try out different recipes and workouts that make you feel your best.
I have grown up in a health-nut family. So with the qualification of being well-versed in different aspects of health, I would like to take some time to convey my knowledge to you all.
